Cancellation Policy

Haute Mess Hair – Cancellation Policy We understand—life happens. That’s why we offer flexibility when it’s rare. However, when last-minute cancellations become a habit, they impact everyone. • Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50%, and no-shows may be charged 100%. • More than 10 minutes late? We may need to reschedule and apply a fee. ⸻ Repeat Offense Policy We offer grace for occasional issues. But if multiple appointments are missed or canceled late, future bookings will require: • A non-refundable deposit, and • Possibly full prepayment to hold your spot. Ongoing issues may limit your ability to book with us. ⸻ Final Sale Policy All sales are final. If you’re not happy with your results, please reach out within 5 days—we’ll make it right.
