Cancellation Policy

We get it—life happens. But so does a waitlist. To protect the time and income of our stylists, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service • Same-day no-shows will be charged 100% of the service • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling and a fee All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services or missed appointments. If there’s ever a concern with your results, reach out within 5 days—we’ll do our best to make it right. New here?
